One answer was never enough for the Spicehunter.
Restless and thirsty for knowledge, to understand the what and why, the Spicehunter traveled through more than 93 countries and initiated Corporate Responsibility Projects around the globe to deepen his knowledge on the interrelationships between human nutrition development, evolution, health and immaterial cultural heritage. Nature is a pharmacy, containing within it the power to grow, to connect, and to heal. From Monzu and Sankhuwasabha in the Himalayas, to the Lac Retba in Senegal, from Swaziland and Madagascar to Tasmania, Russia or Canada, the power of Nature is the foundation and driving force in his pursuit of answers. The answers Nature provides is the key to resolving some of the global dilemmas we are facing. It is his hope that sharing this knowledge about edible plants, herbs, spices, human perception and cultural impact of Nature will inspire chefs, companies and all people on Earth.
